Hey everyone. Did you know watercoloring with color pencil accents can make your coloring pop? It’s the perfect way to add depth to your images with very little effort. Also the new Atelier inks from Ink On 3 are the perfect medium of this technique.
As you will see in the video these inks are vibrant however they can also be muted down just by adding more water. Also watercoloring and adding color pencil over the top keep you from overworking a painting. I think you will really enjoy exploring this option when coloring.
Working on cold press watercolor paper can be challenging for some. Adding just a touch of color pencil helps to define the lines of your images a little better.
