Hey everyone. I’m your host for today and I’m sharing a card for the Pink & Main/Thermoweb Collaboration. This is the perfect time of the year to pull products from different companies and pair them together to make beautiful holiday cards. In my tutorial you will be how simple it is to create amazing cards with very little sweat and tears. The Pink & Main and Therm-O-Web collaboration has so much inspiration to share.
For my card I pulled out all the pretty that I could find in my craft room. I love the simplicity of this card but also all the sparkle it shows. Just a few steps to this card and you something so pretty.
Let’s get into the tutorial. Remember, I have listed all the products below for your shopping convenience.
And of course I have a bonus card for you today. Since I live in Florida I just had to make a card using Pink and Main’s Deck The Palms stamp set. This is usually what Christmas looks like for us Floridians. LOL I know I’m rubbing it in just a little to my cold weather friends. 😉 For my card today I used purple tape from Thermoweb to tape off my card so I could create the sand and the water. I used Distress oxide inks in tea tea dye, tumbled glass and mermaid lagoon. To create the waves, I used my white gelly roll pen.
I did simple Copic colors on the images and used the coordinating dies to cut them out. Next I stamped my sentiment onto the sand and water panel with black ink. To pop up my palm tress I used cut out strips adhesive foam from Thermoweb. I love that double sided foam.
Of course I needed to add just a touch of sparkle. I pulled out some flat back sequins and adhered them to the card panel with ultra bond adhesive from Therm O Web.
Thanks so much for stopping by today. Make sure to visit again tomorrow for another fabulous guest designer.
