Hero Arts Birthday Balloon Bold Prints Card

Hey everyone. I’ve shared two days of easy birthday cards and today I have one more for you. This card is very clean and simple as the sentiment give us our pop of color. The Hero Arts Birthday Balloon Bold Print and the Hero Arts Birthday Messages Stamp and Cut XL work perfectly for these quick cards you need asap.

When there isn’t any time to color, grab a colorful background to create your sentiment. I had this alcohol ink background sitting in a drawer waiting to be placed on a card. Using the die from the Birthday Message Stamp and Cut XL, I die cut it from the panel. Stacking several of the sentiments on top of each other gave my card a little height. Remember stacking your sentiments with dove white cardstock is a great way instead of using foam tape.

Again a simple black and white backgound and the card is complete. Birthday Balloons Bold Print for the win!

Hero Arts Birthday Border Fancy Die

Hey everyone. I promised more birthday cards this week so here’s another quick one. Using a cover die or border die is a great way to make a quick card. The design element is already there for you all you need is a sentiment. Check out this card I made using the Hero Arts Birthday Border Fancy die.

Keeping this card super simple with just a ombre-ish background panel of Hero Arts Lemon Drop, Key Lime Fizz and Pool Party Reactive inks. Using the Hero Arts Blending Brushes made this background perfect to make for this card.

For added dimension, I did cut the border die two times and adhered them together with Hero Arts Precision Glue.

I’m not sure you can see it in the photo but for a tad bit of shimmer on the card, I used the Hero Arts Iridescent Shimmer Spray. I love this stuff as it’s so sparkly and pretty.

Hero Arts Bunch Of Balloons Birthday Card

Hey everyone. I’m back sharing some quick and easy birthday cards using the Hero Arts Bunch Of Balloons Stamp set and the coordinating Bunch Of Balloons Fancy Cut. Having extra birthday cards on hand are a must in my house. I always seem to need one when I least expect it.

The Bunch of Balloons stamp set pairs perfectly with the Hero Arts Birthday Balloons Bold Print background stamp. I created two cards in different color palettes using just my Copic markers as my coloring medium. Keeping the background just black and white or gray and white lets the balloons really pop!

The Copics I used from this card were R08, YR04, Y35, B04, N2 and N3. The colored cardsock is Hero Arts Cherry.

For this card the following Copics were used R20, R43, BG11, BG34, Coo and Co1. The color cardstock is Hero Arts Paradise.

Hero Arts Summer Catalog 2021

Welcome everyone. Today the Hero Arts Summer Catalog for 2021 has launched. This catalog is full of card inspiration and new products. During the hop you will so the creative team showing how they created their cards using the new supplies. This is just one of my favorite catalogs to date.

For my first card I’m featuring the Hero Arts Color Layering Strawberries. The strawberries really come to life with this layering stamp set. Super easy to line up to really show the details of the image. I stamped my image on cherry card stock with embossing ink to crate my background panel. For the ink colors I used Hero Arts Pale Tomato, Red Royal, Green Hills and Field Greens. To keep the card simple, I used one of the Hero Arts Heart Infinity dies to stamp my sentiment. The card base is the Hero Arts Dove White Side Folding Card.

Now my next card is truly a clean and simple card. The Hero Arts Message Strips Stamp and Cut XL. Want clean and simple? This is the way to go. If these colors look familiar to you, they should. They are my blog colors. 😉 Using just one of the sentiments, I stamped the Happy Birthday on Hero Arts Cherry, Mustard and Paradise card stock. I heat embossed it with Hero Arts white embossing powder. With the stamp set you get coordinating sentiment dies. I die cut out each birthday message.

To keep the color palette all about just these three colors, I used the same paper to layer a strip of each side by side on a white dove card base. I adhered the happy birthday sentiment stacked one on top of the other for a clean design.
