Just Talking – Kristina Werner February Release

February 10, 2026

Hey everyone. I’m sharing the new Just Talking bundle from the new Kristina Werner’s February Release with Concord and 9th. Let’s get into my cards for today.

The Just Talking stamp set also has a coordinating die set as well. This is such a cute and innovative product line. The speech bubble overlap one another which create such a fabulous card.

The inks I used are from Concord and 9th in the following colors: Brickyard, Cayenne, Stardust, Tidepool, Juniper and Cobblestone inks. These colors work wonderfully together. I also used Stardust and Tidepool cardstock as layering panels for this card.

In case you haven’t used any of Kristina’s stencils before let me explain why they are so awesome. When using her stencils you will be able to create two cards from one panel. The stencils are sized to 6×9 which helps you create the two 4 1/4” x 5 1/2” card fronts.

Make sure to grab your favorites from the release before they are gone. I have several more cards from the release that I will share in the next few days. As well as a few cards using products from the new Concord & 9th release. Have a great day everyone.

Love Games and Jumble Of Hearts

January 15, 2026

Hey everyone. Welcome back to more inspiration using products from the Concord and 9th and Kristina Werner releases. I have two cards using the Love Games and Jumble of Heart products.

For my first card I used the new Love Games stamp set from Concord and 9th. I love a great word search so this stamp set was right in my groove. The beautiful bright colors of inks from Concord and 9th really made this card.

By pulling all the colors of inks into the background with the coordinating cardstock kept this card simple. Of course, we need a few hearts to finish this card off. The hearts are from the new Stitch Of Love Piercing die cuts.

Now my second card might just be a favorite.Once again I used the Jumble of Hearts stencil from Kristina Werner. Truly one of my favorite stencils.

For this card I started off with Tidepool cardstock. I ink  blended C9 Brickyard ink for the background. For the hearts I lightly deepened the Tide Pool heart with some ink blending in the same color ink.

Next it was time to add some splatter to the background with metallic watercolor in teal, red and gold. To finish off the hearts, I used a white gel pen to add highlights to each heart.

The sentiment for this card came from the new Kristina Werner’s Love and Adore bundle. The bundle includes stamp and dies. It’s a new must have in my craft room.

Thanks for stopping by today. I hope I’ve inspired you to grab these products from the new release.

Concord and 9th Radiant Heart

January 10, 2026

Morning everyone. Have you seen the new Concord and 9th Radiant Heart Bundle? Oh you have to crab this one before it sells out. Let me share inspiration with you on how you can create with this bundle.

First let me say that this cover die works wonderfully with products release from Kristina Werner. The cover plate itself makes this beautiful radianting heart that you can stitch with embroidery thread. Or if you prefer, just leave it unstitched. I die cut the cover plate in with Concord and 9th Tide Pool cardstock and stitched it with gold DMC thread.

Once I was finished I set this panel aside and started working on with the Kristina Werner’s Jumble of Heart Stencil. I used the stencil with Concord and 9th Pink Lemonade on white cardstock. Next, I used an oval die cut to remove the center so I could lay my stitched panel behind it. Then it was time to stamp out a heart and die cut a heart from the Radiant Heart stamp stamp.

For a fun twist, I put the heart onto a piece of folded cardstock to have it pop up when you removed the card from an envelope. A few enamel dots and gold confetti sequin finished off this card nicely. Make sure to visit Concord and 9th shop to see more inspiration on how to use the Radiant Heart bundle.

I’ve linked most of the products I used to create this card. Affiliate links have been used at no cost to you. Have a great day everyone and see you back here soon.

Kristina Werner’s January 2026 release

January 9, 2026

Hey everyone. Today is the day for Kristina Werner’s January 2026 release. It’s another stunner for sure. Let me share some inspiration with you.

This card was made using the new So Fry-Tastic die set and the new Jumble of Hearts Stamp. I mean come on, there two make a great pair. First I created the little fry holder by stamping the Jumble of Hearts Stamp in Concord and 9th Brickyard ink onto Concord and 9th Pimento cardstock. I then repeated stamping the Jumble of Hearts stamp in Brickyard ink onto white cardstock. Using a black permanent marker from Altenew, I colored around the hearts to make that moody black background. For added movement, I used a permanent gold marker from Altenew to make the dots.

Now it was time to die cut the fries with Concord and 9th Buttercup Cardstock. Kristina made the layering super easy by giving each layer a number. All you have to do is stack the fries on top of eachother to get a full look. Before I stacked them, I created some depth by adding a touch of Concord and 9th Honeycomb ink to a few of the fries.

The sentiments for this card are from the So Fry-Tastic stamp set and coordinating dies. I love, love, love how this card came together. I’ll have more inspiration with this set in the coming days.

Jenn Shurkus Inspiration Party!

October 1, 2025

Welcome to the Jenn Shurkus Inspiration Party!!  Jenn is celebrating 20 YEARS of blogging and I am so happy she started. Jenn’s been such a inspiration to the craft community and beyond. Her journey, generous heart and love for crafting makes the world a better place.

For the inspiration party, Jenn asked us to pick a card that we loved and recreate it our own way. Challenge was accepted happily! All things Jenn makes sparks inspiration but this card had my heart. The colors and design of this card is awesome. I love the rainbow colors of the background and the adorable top hat snowmen. You can find the card here on Jenn’s blog.

For my card I took inspiration from the snowmen and the colors. I started with stenciling my background with the Concord and 9th Merry Mix stencil pack. I used the snowflake stencil. For my colors I used Simon Says Stamp Punch, Melon, Butter, Celery, Seafoam and Lilac Pawsitively inks.

After I finished with the color, I went over the entire stencil with Gina K Designs Sparkle Gel Starlight. This gel is so pretty. While letting the background dry I started to work on my snowmen.

The Spellbinders Dancing Snowman (unfortunately no longer available) was the perfect size for my card. By only using the head of the snowman I was able to get all six on my card panel. By ink blending the scarves and earmuffs I was able to create color consistency with my card. These little snowmen are too cute.

This card needed a simple sentiment. The Concord and 9th Joyful stamp set was perfect. And for a finishing touch, I added a little bit of Tim Holtz Clear Rock Candy on the top of each brim of my hats.

Thanks Jenn for always inspiring this community with your beautiful cards, classes and techniques! Wishing you many, many more years of blogging and crafty.
