Make your gift tags a breeze this year. With my creative juices flowing, I decided to step out of the box and do non traditional holiday colors for my tag. Since I’ve been living in Florida and we seem to only have one season, making brighter holiday cards and tags has become a thing for me. LOL
By using Hero Arts Reactive Inks, being super colorful and bright is easy. For my color combo I used colors which you would see in a sun set. The warm shades of yellow, oranges and pinks is perfect. There is a die that cuts greenery for your tags, however for my tag, Hero Arts Charcoal ink worked magically.
Remember that reactive inks reactive with water. Instead of water, I used the Hero Arts Iridescent Shimmer Spray. I really wish you could see the sparkle on this tag.
I have a tutorial sharing how this tag came together. You can watch it here on the blog or over on my Youtube channel.
For my extra projects, I used the new Hero Arts Mug Tag Fancy die. I mean how cute is this mug of hot chocolate look? When the weather gets a little chilly here in Florida, I love a great mug of hot chocolate.
The inks I used on my mugs were Hero Arts Crimson, Cranberry, Fresh Lawn, Pine, Lemon Yellow and Spicy Mustard. Making pretty ombre mugs makes gift giving fun.
These tags have a TON of sparkle by using the shimmer mist and the Hero Arts Snowflake Glitter.
Thanks for stopping by today. Next on the hopis Daniel. Don’t forget to comment for a chance to win one of the gift certificates. Have a great day and I’ll see you back here soon.
