Hey everyone. Welcome to the Altenew April 2026 Blog Hop and Giveaway. I’m so glad you will be joining us today. Let’s get into the projects I have for you as I have a lot of inspiration for you today. You can find the entire collection here.
We are going to start with my first card. For this card I used the Altenew Lush Botanical African Daisy embossing folder and die set. This new product is so very pretty. These daisies are super easy to put together and really fill up a card nicely. For the background of this card I’m using the new Handmade Happiness embossing folder. It was the perfect backdrop for these daisies.
For my next card, I also used the Handmade Happiness embossing folder but this time I paired it with the new Pom Pom Trees die set and the new Peg Board Panel die set. This may be my favorite card from this release. The card came together quickly and the colors are the same as my previous card.
Now let’s check out my third card. This card is featuring the new Build-A-Garden Garland Grace. This bundle is absolutely so beautiful to me. The layering stencils for this image just really make this floral image come to life. I made sure to keep this card rather simple to really let the floral image be the star of the card.

Lovely cards Dana. My favorite in the card with the pegboard panel (which is on my wishlist!). The pegboard is such a great grounding element that does not detract from the main images on a card. I aslo like your use of the Happiness embossing folder to create texture and interest in your background.

All your cards are great, but I really like that first one. Normally, I don’t use a lot of yellow, but that first card is so perfect! I really like the Handmade sentiment embossing folder from this release.
