Hero Arts My Monthly Hero Countdown

Welcome everyone. I’m thrilled to be back in my craft space (on a limited basis for now) and working on the soon to be released Hero Arts My Monthly Hero. We are gearing up for the holidays with this release and it’s oh so pretty.

This month’s kit is full of holiday cheer. If you love silhouette images for your holiday cards, this kit is for you. I wanted to keep to a blue color palette for my card today. With all the beautiful colors of blue Hero Arts has to offer, I was covered. The colors I used were Dusty Blue, Cornflower and Nautical.

By using my Hero Arts Blending Brushes, I was able to achieve this beautiful background. For a splash of shimmer, my Hero Arts Shimmer Mist definitely came in handy. I trimmed down my panel with colorful panel using the Hero Arts Hexagon Infinity dies making sure to cut an extra piece in black cardstock for an added shadow layer.
