Welcome everyone. Today is the Altenew Paint-A-Flower Tulip Outline Stamp Set release. Whew that was a mouth full. LOL You should have arrived here from Nathalie’s blog. Sit back and relax as you hop around today. I’m sure you are going to be inspired.
I made two cards today. One I watercolored and the other I used alcohol markers. I loved coloring these tulips with both mediums. Since I am always needing birthday cards, I decided to use this stamp set to get my supply back up.

Both cards are stunning! Great work.
Love the rich colors, gorgeous
Oh my goodness! I can’t even decide which is my favorite! Love your color choices, too!
I am trying so hard to remember to leave either white on the petals and leaves, or make them very light—for contrast. Your work really inspires me to learn how to watercolor. THANK YOU
These are gorgeous! I’m partial to watercolor versus alcohol markers but you aced both of these!
Soneone will be receiving a very beautiful birthday card. I would frame it. Lovely. Happy holidays to you and yours.
Dana, love your cards. Both look so different. The first one is gorgeous with the watercolor and has an ‘artsy’ feel to it. The second card is clean and bright and the flowers pop on the card. I think anyone would be overjoyed to receive either card for their Birthday. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous talent and ideas with us and inspiring me. Merry Christmas to you and yours. 🙂
So pretty!

Both of your cards are beautiful Dana! It’s nice to show a clean look and one with some interest to the background!

Both cards are beautiful but I especially like the first one where the texture of the paper adds some linear shading(?) to the flowers. Intriguing! Thanks for the beautiful inspirations.
