Altenew Craft-A-Flower Rose Release Blog Hop

October 7, 2020

Hey everyone.   Today is the Altenew Craft-A-Flower Rose release blog hop.  I’m so excited to be sharing this amazing stamp set with you today. You should of arrived here from Natalie’s blog. For a list of all participants you can head on over to the Altenew blog or see my links below.

For my card today I pulled out all my happy yellow inks. I used Citrus Burst, Fresh Lemon, Maple Yellow and Honey Drizzle from Altenew. My go to green inks for leaves is Frayed Leaf, Forest Glades and Evergreen also from Altenew. I totally think this rose would look beautiful without all the layers.

Altenew Craft A Flower Rose

I also die cut out the pieces two more times just in white paper and placed them on the corners of my panel keeping the yellow rose as my focal point. Love the simplicity of this card.  The sentiment for the card is from Sincere Greetings from Altenew.

Morning everyone. It's another day for valentine c Morning everyone. It's another day for valentine cards. In today's tutorial I made a trio of valentine cards from one background. This was so easy and so much fun to make. Where are my Distress Oxide Spray lovers?

With three colors of @tim_holtz Distress Oxide Sprays these cards were created. I don't have all the sprays and are "collecting" them little by little. The fear of using these sprays have been unleashed. 😂😂😂 After watching more and more videos from Tim, my nervousness of "messing it up" has been replaced by "oh that's so pretty".

By using just two die cuts from products from the January 2023 release from @heroarts

The link for the tutorial is in the bio and I hope I inspire you to start creating your Valentine's Day Cards.
