Hey everyone. I’m super excited to share the Hero Arts – Monster Mash kit with you today. Oh my word, this Monster Mash!!! Get your kiddos ready to color because they are going to love this kit. The main kit will includes:
• Monster Ink ‘n’ Stamp Tub (18 stamps)
• Monster Eyes Woodblock Stamp
• Neon Green Ink Cube
• 5 Superwashable Marker Pens
• 10 Paper Monster Die Cuts
• 12 6″ x 9″ Monster Scene Sheets (4 designs, 3 sheets of each)
• Self-Adhesive Googly Eyes
But wait there are add ons to this kit (squeal)
CG824 Monster Bedroom Bold Prints
CM486 Party Monsters
CM487 Bedroom Monsters
Now let me share how adorable this kit is. For my card, I trimmed down on of the panels to fit a standard A2 (4.25×5.50) card base. On another panel I colored a portion of the image with my Copic Markers. Sort of like a spot light.
From the colored panel I used a circle infinity die to cut out the piece that I colored. This would be the only thing colored on my card. Such a cheery little monster party.
I adhered this panel to my card panel. Now it was time to add just a little bit of shadowing around the other images. Using a W2 and W1 Copic marker I went around all the other images on the card panel. This keeps the card from looking flat.
Your little monsters are going to love getting creative with this playful and educational kit packed with fun and games! Combine stamps, inks, pens and paper to create playfully scary monster scenes in endless combinations only limited by your imagination.
This kit is ideal for ages 6-12 and up (and of course adults who still feel like kids)! Crafting is a great way to teach creative play, get to know colors and color properties, inspire imagination, and much more. Non-toxic and child-safe Inks are not ideal for kids 5 and younger as they can stain clothing and may require multiple washes if they get on skin.
Pre-order the Kids Monster Kit today! Once sold out, the kit will be gone. The kit and any items ordered with the kit will ship together starting October 9, at the same time as our upcoming October My Monthly Hero Kit.
Make sure to hop along for inspiration using this kit. We will give away one $50 gift card, drawn from the comments left across the hop. Enter by Sunday, September 27th at 11:59pm pacific, and the winner will be announced on the Hero Arts blog the following week.
